Purchased a Mitsubishi Mirage online via Auto Trader, the info given in advert (write-up, pictures & video) were excellent in making decision. Spoke to Tracy by telephone to negotiate price, delivery etc, she explained everything in clear and concise detail. Laid down deposit, car delivered 5 days later, Alan the driver was a delightful gentleman. Absolute first-class service, car was sparkling clean like new, fuel in the tank. Couldn't be any happier with the car or the service I received. Would definitely use again.

Professional service
Purchased a vauxhall adam for our granddaughter's Ist vehicle. All items that needed to be agreed and actioned prior to sale /collection were done. Even the front grill that we did not detect originally and picked up by Tracy was replaced.just received warranty e.mail and v5 within record time. So my opinion of Wigan Vehicle solutions Ltd....Very good .Would recommend without hesitation..

From the initial call to the purchase of the car, it has been a smooth process with both Tracey & Gordon. Both are very approachable on the phone and in person, no question was too much for them. We had no issues when purchasing the car, any questions we had Tracey was on hand to answer, any issues we had with the car they were all resolved prior to the pick up day. Tracey kept me informed throughout. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a used car, there was no pressure to commit.

Satisfied with car and service
I bought a little Suzuki Swift from here for getting to work in the winter, Tracy was very helpful and the car was as described. google maps send me via a blocked off road so be aware. this is of course not WVS's fault. the car was prepared quickly for me as i had to take a few days off due to snow.

From start to finish this was one of the best buying experiences I have had. I came to view the car on the Sunday - by the next Saturday it was ready for me. Not only was the car immaculate but they done above and beyond what I expected. Tracey made the whole thing a pleasure! She is an asset to WCS! Wonderful experience buying our SEAT Ibiza from WVS. No pressure, just allowed us to look around and then test drive the cars we were interested in. Happy to answer any questions and very accommodating. Tracy and Gordon have been absolute gems, nothing has been too much trouble. I can be very meticulous and picky because buying a used car is daunting and it's difficult to find dealers you can trust but any worries or questions I have had they have been quick to help with, explain and sort out. Wigan Vehicle Solutions will be our first port of call for our daughters first car and I've already advised my sister to take a look for my niece as she is due to pass her test soon too! From our experience you can 100% feel at ease when considering a vehicle from here, you'll be in safe hands!

Fantastic experience from start to finish, when going to see the car in question, it was moved to the front of the building for when we arrived so we could quickly proceed to test drive, the staff where incredibly friendly, insightful and thoughtful, after proceeding through the necessary arrangements the car was then delivered to our house, it was such a smooth process from start to finish, we would very much like to revisit Wigan vehicle solutions again for our future car needs simply due to their friendly and easy approach to car sales.

I visited Wigan vehicle solutions on the hunt for a new car after my own one broke down. I have had a poor customer service experience in the past with larger named dealerships so was very apprehensive and reluctant to go car shopping. However Wigan vehicle solutions completely changed that and I couldn't fault the service I received whatsoever. The car I had seen on their website was there in the workshop when I arrived and I was allowed to test drive it there and then with no booking required. Gordon's help throughout the experience was next to none and he made the whole experience of buying my new car stress free. There was no pressure to make a decision there and then and he went through everything with me in detail. I was able to pick my new car up within a few days and he sorted everything out so alls I needed to do was drive my new car home. Excellent customer service skills Gordon I can't thank you enough and most definitely love my new car. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Service was excellent left alone to look round the car no pressure no hard sell,went away to think about it again no pressure.When i rang the following day to book a test drive no problems turned up the following day to drive the car was given the keys told there was no time limit and just enjoy yourself.Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Great place that provided excellent service. A good selection of cars by a family run business. If visiting, ensure you ask for 'Fin'. A very genuine, caring and attentive sales person. I travelled over 250 miles to get my car from here and I was very happy I did.

from start to finish my experience with WVS was exceptional. i was taken through the process and everything was either explained to me or done for me. Dave and Ian was with me every step of the way. Everything was explained and nothing was too much trouble. i don't buy cars that often so it was reassuring to have someone to help me understand what i was doing. the vehicles they have available are absolutely top class, the attention to detail is superb and every member of the team is friendly, down to earth and not pushy or aloof like some other car dealerships. with a great reputation and a full support team behind their show rooms , one of the reasons i chose to buy from here was the fact they have a garage, excellent in-depth additional warranty, service and MOT as well as the sales side. if you are in the North West near Wigan, i would highly recommend Ian and the Team as there service and vehicles are second to none..
